The show this past weekend in Dorsten, Germany proved to be a lovely weekend in it's entirety. The weather was perfect, fantastic horses, I found some unexpected adventure and met an amazing artist/ photographer.
The unexpected adventure was the chance opportunity to go gliding- if you don't know what a glider is- it is a plane without a motor. It glides on hot air thermals, much like hawks, eagles, and turkey vultures do. A terrific and highly recommended experience.
By accident I met an amazing woman by the name of Nicola Behr. This young woman is a talent to look out for in the future. She shared with me some fantastic photos of the wild horses here in Germany and some other very creative and interesting horses. I will post below.
She also makes jewelry for horses- in particular Mane Feathers- which you can now purchase here on the Jaxson and Berry website. For €15 you are getting a lovely equine accessory and supporting an amazing artist!
